Workshops To Launch The Miracle Lifestyle
It's one thing to have good workshop sessions; it's another to cultivate a lifestyle that makes room for God to move. Stan's workshops are designed to make a lasting impact on your church. Here's how:
The workshops can help your church take "the next step". Stan begins by talking with the host pastor, to select materials that will fit your group's needs. He steers away from slick, canned presentations; by talking with the host pastor, he adapts his prepared materials to present steps your church is ready to take.
The workshops will train you to listen to God. The discipline of soaking -- waiting quietly in God's presence with a listening ear -- is a key to receiving God's inspiration in the arts. A few minutes in each session will be devoted to soaking.
The workshops include opportunities to act on the materials being taught. Acting on what God speaks is a key to the release of the gifts of the Spirit. Stan provides a safe place for beginners to take new steps while fine-tuning those who are more experienced.
The workshops provide an opportunity to follow through on what you have received in the sessions. Stan leaves PDF files of bulletin inserts that can keep the miracle lifestyle in your church's mind after the workshops have ended. Workshop Topics
Here is a list of themes Stan can present to your church. Each can be fine-tuned to focus on specific needs:
Hearing God's Word And Doing It -- cultivate a listening ear and a bias towards action. As we respond appropriately to what God is telling us, we will see the gifts of the Spirit in action.
Make Room For God -- find your mission field. Look for opportunities to minister to people, by serving either in a ministry in your church or in an outreach.
Prepare The Way -- prayer and worship can prepare the way for God to move. Learn to clear spiritual hindrances out of the way and roll out a red carpet to welcome the Holy Spirit.
Obeying God's Non-Verbals -- God can direct us without saying a word. This workshop focuses on the non-verbal ways the Holy Spirit will lead us.
Choose Humility -- God resists the proud and gives grace to the humble. Cultivate the attitudes that will make you someone the Holy Spirit can't help but use.
Cultivate Faith -- faith isn't about getting God to please us; it's about pleasing Him. Do the things that will make your faith grow, so God can do the things He wants to do in the earth -- through you.

Many people look for get-rich-quick schemes, but the kingdom of God doesn't work that way. A quality experience is built on making godly choices daily.
Still, most churches can grow quickly in experiencing the gifts of the Holy Spirit if they will diligently act on principles they already know. The key to a lasting breakthrough is to give ourselves to God in new ways, and to stick with it.
